Moldable: Boil & Bite Dental mouth guard comes in two sizes:

  • Small for children, teens and smaller mouths 
  • Large for adults 

​General usage instruction for boil & bite mouthguards:

  1. Place mouthguard in container of boiling water, keep in water for least 20 seconds
  2. Take mouth guad out of water and place in mouth in desired position
  3. Use finger to press guard around teeth, Firmly bite down on guard for few seconds to finish molding
