RETURN POLICY

Return policy 

• An RA number is required
• All returned merchandise is subject to inspection, and final determination, by Prestige Dental Products
• Any merchandise returned to us in an unacceptable condition will NOT be eligible for credit/exchange
• Pharmaceuticals, dated items, refrigerated products, and misused/abused items are NOT eligible for return/credit/exchange
• A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from the date of purchase
• We will replace or repair defective items based on Manufacturers' policies
